Welcome!

I'm a 4th Generation lifetime resident of Seattle and specialize in the Greater Seattle area markets. An alumnus of The University of Washington, I've been working with buyers & sellers since 1993.  My focus is residential & investment real estate, from first time purchasers to seasoned investors. I absolutely love working with clients during the search & buying process. Each situation & transaction is unique, and will always be approached as such.  Your individual needs are my top priority.

My wife and I love the Pacific Northwest and are out enjoying it every chance we get.  We live in West Seattle, but also enjoy heading over to Vashon Island whenever we can.  We are the proud parents of two grown daughters, who we are extremely proud of.  One is an oncology RN and the other is in medical school.  I'm an amateur photographer, VERY amateur guitarist, somewhat enthusiastic assistant gardener to my wife & active in various community organizations & charities.
